A couple of pics of a barred owl I spotted a couple weeks back and a whitetail buck I spotted on my way out of the preserve. C/C welcomed!

I like both prospective s of the owl. I think the deer photo was harder to take but I like the owl photos for the angles !

Thanks for looking. The owl is kind of reclusive, I've only seen it three times over the last few years (it is wild not a zoo pic or anything). The deer is at the same forest preserve, I come across the female does all the time but the bucks are a little more skittish but I still spot them ocaisionally.

I have a place in Long Island that has the same type of Verity. Its fun to walk around and see what you can find

the colour on the second owl pictrue seems better to me.
I like the deer shot too, but i'm not sure if it is a little soft, looks to me like it needs a little sharpening.
